Aim for the heart with stories
Marrying ancient storytelling techniques with modern technology, we work to help you uncover and share your stories. Research shows the potential of storytelling to gain trust, build community, and empower storytellers. Our goal is to help bring stories to light, to find our way back to our homeplaces.
At Homeplace Creative we believe your stories are your most valuable assets.
As former journalists, co-founders Kyle and Meg Adams have witnessed time and again the power of a single story. They started Homeplace Creative with the mission to share stories and build communities. In the years since, they've worked with individuals and organizations across industries to help them tell stories that drive connection and empathy as they build businesses and create buy-in.

Make it easy
Unlike other video production firms, we don't script or storyboard. We rely on listening deeply to those who trust us to tell their stories. We listen to the teams we work with to make sure our videos align with their messaging goals. Then we listen acutely to our interviewees to make sure they feel confident in the stories they share.
Make it comfortable
You won't hear, "quiet on the set" from us. In fact, our goal is for you to forget the camera is there. We want to showcase the real stories as they occur, so that audiences feel honest emotion as they connect to your story.
Make it professional
Our process allows for genuine stories to emerge. Stories that showcase the heart of organizational mission and connect people through emotion. Decades of experience as broadcast journalists provides for a professional experience and deliverable.
Make an impact
Our videos drive results. We're here to guide you to uncover the stories that connect people to you and build community around shared values. Build your brand and impact through one of the most powerful mediums available - video.
